In what could be a first-of-its-kind genre for Varun Tej, his next, ‘Mister,’ is a triangular love story, Talkies has learnt. The actor, who earlier featured in offbeat and commercials flicks, has picked up a romantic entertainer that promises to deal with the matters of the heart, in a different way. The Sreenu Vaitla directorial showcases a love triangle between Varun, Lavanya Tripathi and Hebah Patel.
Although Varun plays the role of a University pass out student in Spain, it’ll be only for an episode. He will be seen as an NRI, and the only son of a billionaire in Spain, working for his father’s company. An interesting love tale has been woven in between and which girl finally ends up winning Varun’s heart is something to watch out for. Meanwhile, the unit recently wrapped up filming crucial scenes and a song in Chikmagalur and Ooty. They are gearing up for another schedule in Hyderabad.
