Salar Jung Museum week celebrations held in jan 8-14

Purani Haveli: As part of the Salar Jung Museum weekly celebrations between January 8-14, rangoli competitions are being held or several age groups. Separate competitions for 8-12 years, 13-20 years and for 20 and above are being held.

Traditional rangoli with dots and lines and landscape would be judged separately informed a press release. Participants would have to bring their own material and report at 10 a.m. The competition is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Prizes would be distributed on January 11. During the museum week, celebrations genral visitors would be given 50 % concession on ticket.
