Student falls into a ditch, dies

Tue, Oct 10 : A 14-year-student, died, when he fell in to a ditch, that was dug up for laying foundation for apartment, at Uppal. The owner said that he did not have Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) permission at all that is why he left the works unfinished.
The ditch was full of water that collected due to the recent heavy rains. The boy slipped and fell in to the ditch and died instantly, locals said. However, locals are blaming the officials for their utter negligence and irregularities.
